Singapore – If you love your Japanese omakase but couldn’t find time to fly to Japan, there are quite a number of worthy options to consider in Singapore across varying budgets. Here are some of restaurants which we have personally tried before and would recommend! ******* Hashida Sushi The famous Japanese restaurant vacated from Mandarin Gallery, and has reopened at Mohamed Sultan Road last October. The shophouse space has three dining sections, helmed by Executive Chef Yuji Sato from Hokkaido. Lunch menu starts from S$80, while dinner is solely Chef’s Omakase (S$300-S$500). You can set your Budget for dinner within the range, or opt to leave it to chef’s hands with your personal preferences or food allergies, if any. There are a few signatures for me, such as the monk fish liver, shirako and the melt-in-the-mouth otoro sushi. Worth a splurge!
