New Restaurants Burger & Lobster I first visited Burger & Lobster in London few years back, and am excited that Burger & Lobster Singapore will open its first outlet on 23 May 2019 at Jewel Changi Airport. The Burger & Lobster Jewel outlet is located on level 5 of the mall, and boasts one of the best views of the Vortex waterfall which is arguably the landmark of the whole Jewel project. Stepping into the space of Zui Yu Xuan is like a transport back to time, made especially so by the spacious courtyard setting in the two-storey conserved building. It is a mini gallery feel as I walked through the courtyard to the restaurant, which displayed various types of traditional Teochew at pieces like opera costumes and porcelain pieces.
