Food Review: Ah Tan Wings at Yishun Park Hawker Centre | One of the best Har Cheong Gai in Singapore

The Place Located at one of the newest hawker centres in Singapore, Ah Tan Wings opened to much fanfare last year at Yishun Park Hawker Centre. Raved by many of our fellow food writers, we decided it was time for us to try some unforgettable fried chickens of Ah Tan’s, as the chef likens his store with the phrase “忘不了”. Interesting to note that this being a new hawker centre, there are various modes of payments available, from DBS Paylah, GrabPay, NetsPay, and even the Hawker Centre’s own payment app, Tuck Shop! Of course, if you are used to making payment by cash, that is welcomed as well. During our visit, there is an ongoing promotion of 50 cents discount for payment via one of the apps mentioned, so do keep your apps handy for some quick instant savings! The Food Essentially one of the most popular zichar dishes in Singapore, the Prawn Paste Chicken, or better known as Har Cheong Gai locally, is the only item served up at Ah Tan Wings.
