The Place Mention Raffles Hotel and the colonial architecture of one of the most iconic building in Singapore comes to our mind first. The Bar & Billiard Room is a restaurant bar in Raffles Hotel, which is also the oldest existing bar in its original location in Singapore, with its building dating back to as far as 1896. It was our first visit to Bar & Billiard Room for its Sunday Champagne Brunch buffet, and we instantly concluded this must be one of the most beautiful restaurant setting in Singapore. Every corner breathes history, with chandeliers hanging down from the high ceiling and even the floor tiles are replicas of the original. The Food Firstly, we need to warn that this Sunday Brunch buffet has one of the most insane spreads. From fresh seafood to live carving stations to French cheeses and desserts, even the food is displayed in classy Victorian fashion.
