The Place As one of the newest additions to the CBD, CapitaSpring tower is home to the newly opened Sol & Luna, one of five concepts at 1-Arden, the latest dining concept from 1-Group. Sol & Luna, meaning ‘Sun and Moon’ in Latin, is a Latin-European bistro nestled in the Green Oasis, at a height of 100 metres in the CapitaSpring tower. The most captivating part of the restaurant’s space for me is the high ceiling, and the full floor to ceiling glass panes which allow ample natural lighting in the day. In terms of the seating, choose from indoor dining or the alfresco terrace area. It is an all-day dining concept – Breakfast, brunch, high tea, tapas, lunch, dinner, and the drinks menu spot the likes of their signature cocktails and mocktails.
