Canchita Peruvian CuisineLocated in Dempsey, I decided to check out Canchita Peruvian Cuisine after seeing pictures of its gorgeous space online. I was admittedly drawn to the space rather than the cuisine initially, though I didn’t mind Peruvian food at all which is hard to come by in Singapore. The space of Canchita Peruvian Cuisine occupies two main buildings, and I recommend the lower building from its main entrance which is stronger in its garden theme, the dining tables by the window look out to the surrounding greenery. With the reputation as one of Singapore’s finest chefs behind this new concept, Claudine Restaurant naturally opened with much fanfare.
