Food Review: Sin Cuisine In Ang Mo Kio Cheng San Centre | Caramelised Char Siew And Charcoal Roasted Meats

The Place Located in a coffeeshop in Ang Mo Kio right beside Cheng San Market & Cooked Food Centre, Sin Cuisine is a modern tall that specialises in Char Siew. It occupies the stall space of what was previously Roast Paradise, and for the few times I dropped by the coffeeshop, there is always a queue for the meats here. There is not much information on Sin Cuisine online, except that from their fairly new Instagram page where I found out there are also outlets in Tampines and Bukit Merah. The other stall I like in this coffeeshop is Long House Soon Kee (Boneless) Braised Duck Rice. The Food The Char Siew and Roast Pork are the main highlights at Sin Cuisine, and you can have them in various combinations with rice or noodles. I went for the Char Siew Noodle (S$4.30) with addition of Roast Pork and Lava Egg (S$1.30). The char siew here is caramelised, and leans towards the leaner cut.
