Food Review: Brasserie Les Saveurs At The St. Regis Singapore | Savour New French-Centric Menu By New Executive Chef

The Place My last visit to Brasserie Les Saveurs was during my stay at The St. Regis Singapore and I revisited the French restaurant recently after learning that the menu has been completely revamped. Located at the lobby level, the restaurant still looks very grand after all these years and one huge element is definitely the extremely high floor to ceiling window panes. The Food As one of the most prominent restaurant of the property, Brasserie Les Saveurs welcomes its new Executive Chef Thibault Chiumenti and the menu has an increased focus on the seasonality as well as sustainability of ingredients, where most ingredients are locally sourced where possible. The meal started with a series of cold and hot starters. First up was the Pâté en Croûte (S$34), a mix of foie gras and pork terrine within a pastry along with pistachios, herbs and onion compote. The Salade de Crabe (S$32) is perfect for crab lovers who do not like to get their hands dirty. It is a generous portion of fresh Alaskan king crab where the crab meat is sweet, accompanied by remoulade, dill, yoghurt dressing and paprika mayonnaise.
