The Place I have heard of the steamboat buffet at M Hotel Singapore previously, and I finally had the chance to check it out. Located at level two of the hotel along Anson Road in Tanjong Pagar, The Buffet restaurant serves a regular buffet line for lunch. In the evening, the space transforms to a Seafood Steamboat Buffet Dinner concept. For the love of steamboat, here is a list of some of our favourite steamboat restaurants in Singapore. The Food Unlimited serving of seafood is perhaps the real reason people flock to The Buffet, otherwise the other items are basic steamboat fare. Choose your choice of steamboat broths, with options including Spicy Thai Tom Yum (S$5), Eight Treasure Soup (S$12), Double-boiled Imperial Collagen Broth from Japan (S$12) which uses pork bone, or there is also the complimentary Superior Chicken broth. All broths have no MSG. Prices start from S$65++ per adult, though I do see certain discounts being offered on some booking platforms.
