The Place My love for affogato started way before this website was born. It does make me ponder what took so long for an affogato cafe concept to take off, and I don’t mean just one generic affogato item on the menu like many cafes do. Meet The Affogato Bar located at Cluny Court along Bukit Timah Road right outside Botanic Gardens station, a few weeks old affogato cafe concept which opened in this enclave. The setting of The Affogato Bar is nothing like a conventional bar. The decor is like other cafes in Singapore with no particular standout touches, and a very small seating capacity. It was packed when we were there on a weekend afternoon, and we waited for a good twenty five minutes for our table. The Food I was curious how many renditions of affogato there could be, and if affogato is going to be the only type of item on its menu. Other than desserts and coffee, the cafe also serves selections of bagel sandwiches and bagels. One element of a good affogato is no doubt its coffee.
