The Place Seletar Aerospace Park is the next foodie destination, at least for the first half of 2017. After we visited Wheeler’s Estate (read our full review here), The Summerhouse is the other big concept to look out for. The Summerhouse essentially is a farm-to-table concept which has a restaurant on level two of the colonial bungalow space, where it also manages Wildseed, a casual cafe concept located on level one of the sprawling space. Interestingly, Wildseed Cafe is not just a cafe, as its cosy space also incorporates a floral concept by PoPPy Floral Studio. The Food A cafe in the day and bar at night, Wildseed serves coffee by Nomad The Gallant coffee roasters, in addition to sandwiches, pastries and cakes. We didn’t manage to try its savoury dishes, though we had the cheese cake and coffee. Rants The ulu or offbeat location is charming or a bane depending on how you view it. The indoor space at Wildseed cafe is quite limited too. Will I Return Again? In all honesty, this is not yet a full review as we have yet to try its main dishes.
