The Place Located in Capella Bangkok, I managed to try Cote by Mauro Colagreco in my recent stay in Capella Bangkok, a One Michelin Star restaurant which focuses on Mediterranean cuisine. Cote is located at level two of the Chao Phraya Estate property, where Chef Mauro Colagreco is most well-known for his Three Michelin Stars restaurant in France, Mirazur, also ranked 1st in San Pellegrino’s 2019 “The World’s 50 Best Restaurants”. The interior space Cote by Mauro Colagreco is elegant, with a good dose of natural light in the day. The best seats are the tables right beside the window, with a view of the property and Chao Phraya River. The Food Helming the Bangkok kitchen is Chef Davide Garavaglia, whom was previously Chef de Cuisine at Chef Mauro’s Mirazur in Menton, France. There is no fix menu at Cote and each course comes as a surprise for diners, where the staff will check on your food allergies. Expect bits of Thai influences to Mediterranean Riviera cuisine by Chef Garavaglia.
