The Place I have one clear agenda on my recent Kuala Lumpur trip, a meal at Village Park Nasi Lemak in Uptown Damansara in Petaling Jaya. This is one of the most popular and famous Nasi Lemak stall near KL, and the stall space has expanded in the past few years due to its popularity. I arrived on a weekday morning and it was busy as expected. The dining space comprises of long communal tables which remind me of old school canteen style, and the best part is that it is air-conditioned. The Food This is a halal stall, and I was fortunate to meet its owner Datuk Shamil during my visit, who shared that Village Park Nasi Lemak has been around for more than twenty years. The sole and most famous dish to have here is the Nasi Lemak Ayam Goreng (RM12). I was really excited when it was served, and I dived straight into the fried chicken.
