Popular brands include 603 Tau Sar Piah, the ever-popular Loong Fatt Tau Sar Piah, the hidden gem House of Tau Sar Piah, and the now-defunct 611 Tau Sar Piah which also went by the name Little Red Shop. 603 started back at Rail Mall at Bukit Timah in 1995, and subsequently moved to its present location at 603 Balestier Road. A visit to 603, especially in the morning, you will see the kitchen packed with bakers baking the shop’s popular Tau Sar Piah and other fresh bakes – all handmade daily.
