Food Review: Beurre Restaurant At Bukit Pasoh | Revamped Space, New European and Asian Fusion Dishes

The Place Opened since 2019, I first visited Beurre when it opened two years ago and revisited the Bukit Pasoh restaurant recently after it reopened its doors after a revamp last month. The open kitchen reminds where diners can watch the kitchen crew at play, though there are new hues of beige and grey added along with dark wood furnishings. Helmed by Executive Chef Darwin Wong, Beurre also presents a brand new selection of sharing plates. The theme of the restaurant still sticks to what it sets out to be, by blending European and Asian flavours in their cuisine. The Food For a start, the Tuna Cups (S$16) is a playful take on the Peranakan Kueh Pie Tee. This cup is filled with tuna tartare, Thai dressing and topped with ikura, which is mildly spicy and gratifying in one bite. An old favourite on the menu which I have tried two years back is the Forest Mushrooms (S$9). This is highly recommended if you are a shroom lover as there are various types of mushrooms here like morel, porcini black pepper trumpet, chanterelle, king oyster and shimeji.
