The Place Buffets are slowly making a comeback in Singapore and one recent restaurant I checked out recently was the Heritage Dim Sum Brunch at The Clifford Pier in The Fullerton Bay Hotel. The most distinctive part of The Clifford Pier for me is its rich history where it used to be an actual pier for boats back in the old days, and the whole interior arches and natural light in the day just makes stepping into The Fullerton Bay Hotel a pretty grand affair. The Food With a new menu for the weekend Heritage Dim Sum Brunch (S$58++ per adult) buffet, you simply order through the staff and the food will be prepared at the individual live stations and served to your table. As part of safe distancing, this is the current model of how most hotel buffets are operating at the moment.
