The Place Casual Chinese noodles of La Mian in Bishan Interchange? Meet Shi Xiang Ge La Mian Shaved Noodles, located right above the bus interchange in a food court setting without the air-conditioning. This stall serves mainly Shan Xi cuisine with some Sichuan dishes as well, and is famous for its La Mian and Shaved Noodles. It is run by a Chinese team, where I read that the Chef used to be from Crystal Jade. The Food A quick glance at the menu and you get to choose from a wide variety of noodles – Beef La Mian (S$5), Shan Xi Cold Noodle (S$3.50), Minced Meat La Mian (S$5), and the Hot & Spicy Intestine Noodle, and these are just some of the options to consider.
