The Place Located at North Bridge Road, this Taiwanese restaurant Eat 3 Bowls is one of the few authentic Taiwanese street food diner in Singapore. Designed with a classroom setting in mind, Eat 3 Bowls has tables and chairs which will remind you of school (that’s if you studied in Taiwan) and you will spot a couple of school bags hanging on the chairs as well. The Food If your dialect is hokkien, you will perhaps get the play on the restaurant name by now, and obviously the signature item here will ask for you to Jiak Sa Wa (呷三碗); or for the non-hokkiens, Eat 3 Bowls. The Signature 3 Bowls (S$15) set here will get you mini-bowls of 3 signature Taiwanese eats, including the Braised Pork Rice, Chicken Rice and Intestine Mee Sua. The set comes complete with a Taiwan Bubble Tea Latte (Black Tea / Green Tea / Oolong Tea, ala carte S$3.80) of your choice.
