Food Review: MacPherson Minced Meat Noodles along Upper Serangoon Road | One of the most delicious Bak Chor Mee in Singapore

The Place Growing up in this neighbourhood, Opal Crescent may sound unfamiliar to many but this small road nestled between Bendemeer Food Centre and Potong Pasir MRT station is the location of one of the busiest coffeeshop, day and night. In the day, the most active and popular stall is MacPherson Minced Meat Noodles, while in the evening the whole coffeeshop becomes a Tian Wai Tian Fish Head Steamboat venue. I’m a Bak Chor Mee person today. MacPherson Minced Meat Noodles is one of my favourite to go for Minced Meat Noodles, better known as Bak Chor Mee. The stall is managed by an elderly couple, and I like it for the fact that it is quite easy to find a table in this coffeeshop. Waiting time differs, which can be anything from 15 to 30 minutes. Heading early on a weekend morning is always a safe bet. The Food The Minced Meat Noodles starts from S$5, or you can also go for the Fishball Noodles (from S$4).
