The Place Located at the Swissotel The Stamford Singapore, the brand new The Stamford Brasserie is the latest to join in the multi-dining concept dining options of the property at Raffles City. The brasserie is a Grab & Go, Bistro and a Bar, all-in-one; basically you can head here for your morning coffee, midday lunch, afternoon tea, casual dinner, and even for your after-work drinks. With the interior decor seemingly inspired by a popular local cafe, the new restaurant spots an industrial look, with classy touches of wooden bistro furniture and marbled table tops. The Food This all-day dining concept seeks to deliver to diners a fuss-free, comforting meals, and as what Chef Tryson puts it, “meals straight out of any home kitchen”. Chef Tryson Quek also helms the kitchen of Anti:Dote at Swissotel’s adjacent sister property Fairmont Singapore, and knowing how satisfied we have been with the tapas menu at Anti:Dote, we were looking forward to the new creations at The Stamford Brasserie.
