The Place Located on Keong Saik Road, Nomada is a new modern Spanish restaurant helmed by Chef Gonzalo Landin who was previously the Executive Chef at Binomio. The Food Expect a contemporary take on Spanish food where the menu revolves around sharing plates of starters, mains and desserts. I started with the Peruvian Seabass Ceviche (S$26) which comes with a big bowl of nacho chips to go along with the ceviche. The other starter I had was the Beef Tartare & Bone Marrow (S$28) which comes with thin crisp bread to have it along with the bone marrow and tartare. Expect a rich and well-balanced combination of flavours here. I enjoyed the Braised Leeks with Brown Smoked Butter (S$18) where the leeks are nicely glazed with a buttery flavour. For mains, I went for the Iberico Pork Chop, Apple Cider Gels and Hipsy Cabbage (S$38) where the pork is tender and flavourful. Portion wise, it is good to share for two pax.
