Food Review: Phra Nakhon At Capella Bangkok | Beautiful Restaurant To Enjoy Authentic Thai Food

The Place Other than breakfast at Phra Nakhon Thai restaurant during my stay at Capella Bangkok recently, I also managed to have lunch at the authentic Thai restaurant located right beside the Chao Phraya River. The beautiful restaurant has both indoor and outdoor dining and depending on the weather and time of the day, both the indoor and outdoor dining areas are very pleasant. Phra Nakhon is helmed by Chef Kannika where you can expect dishes inspired by various regions in Thailand, including family recipes handed down through generations.  The Food The dishes here use fresh locally sourced ingredients, and it is a very extensive menu across appetisers, soup, mains, curry, rice and noodles. Choose from the ala carte menu or go for the set menu for lunch and dinner.  My lunch started with the Yum Som-O Pla Fu (THB320), a refreshing seasonal pomelo and kaffir lime leaves salad with Phra Nakhon dressing topped with crispy fried white snapper floss and cashew nuts served along with betel leaves.
